Job Summary:
Supports production by helping move parts in and out of the facility to meet the company’s delivery schedule. Help maintain an orderly, clean efficient production facility.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive fork truck to help load and unload trucks to move chip bins to move parts to machine, storage or inspection
• Make boxes for parts and pack parts for shipping
• Keep parts stored in an orderly manner in buildings and outside in the lot
• Organize inserts for regrinding by size and grade
• Fill machines with coolant
• Moving parts form parking lot into buildings for machining
• Assist operators in moving and flipping parts
• Keep the shop floor clean, empty waste bins and recycling bins as needed
• Clean up any spills
• Keep recycling area orderly and organized
• Assist in moving office and manufacturing furniture and equipment when needed.
• Any other miscellaneous duties requested

Required Specific Competencies/Skills:
Minimum Education Required: High School diploma preferred

Minimum Experience Required:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Fork lift license and experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours
• Ability to bend
