Position: Senior Credit Analyst (MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd)
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• To perform credit appraisal (new applications) in respect of creation of lines for:
  
  1. participation as TPM/underwriter/participating bank in Private Debt Securities (“PDS”);
  2. transactional lending/mezzanine financing originated from Corporate Finance Dept; and
  3. direct lending.
• To perform credit review/renewal on all credit facilities/PDS/restructured credit facilities.
• To assign credit rating on all credit facilities/PDS.
• To manage the Bank’s portfolio of performing accounts.
• To ensure completeness of all security documentation in respect of direct lending/syndication/club deal.
• To assist in loan/security documentation in respect of PDS.
• To ensure loans are in compliance with BNM’s guidelines & Credit Policy.
• To manage syndication/club deal and banking relationship with existing and new borrowers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience and with knowledge in credit management & supervision or portfolio management.
• Candidates with Certified Credit Professional (CCP) will have an added advantage.
