Position: Head Of Finance
Work Location: Weifang
Division: Energy & Utilities

Responsibilities:

• Review and compile monthly financial accounts and reporting which comply with Sime Darby head office reporting requirement.
• Prepare monthly Operations reports and quarterly Risk Management Report.
• Exercise review on payments, bank reconciliation, and capital expenditures applied.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Responsible for all aspects of accounting functions and ensuring proper maintenance of accounting transactions
• Overseeing accounting functions (all general ledger accounting activities, systems, and controls
• Assist the management in ad-hoc projects which require financial input.
• Review and enhance the internal standard operating procedures and to ensure that the procedures are in line with the Group Policies and Authorities (GPA)

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance and/ or a member of ACCA/CIMA/MIA/MICPA or any other member of a recognized professional accountancy body with minimum 5 years of audit and accounting experience
• High level of accuracy and responsibility in work assigned
• Able to work and deliver under pressure with high initiative, drive and commitment with minimal supervision
• Must be able to communicate, read and write in English and Mandarin
