Position: Sr. Analyst SCM
Work Location: Canton, MS

Job Function:
The function of this job is to plan for new model and new process entry into the facility for SCM. This includes performing and overseeing; annual/model specific fiscal planning, material flow setup, coordination with all facility and corporate functions to facilitate and improve material flow, supplier support and implementation of small to large scale projects.

Duties:
  • New model study request support.
  • Overall annual and new model CAPEX and PIC budget planning.
  • Responsible for feasibility studies for material flow and new processes.
  • Responsible for timeline and implementation plan tracking follow up for specific launches and projects.
  • Responsible for implementation of new process to Material Handling from cradle to grave.
  • Ensure 4M project tracking process is in place for new model general process changes.
  • Responsible for Space utilization and planning activities to facilitate optimized production.
  • Provide general support to Supply Chain functions.
  • Perform presentations to all levels of management.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree and 7 years of related experience at a professional level.
  • PC literate with full knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to do detailed Excel data analysis; Analytical problem solving skills.
  • Full knowledge of inventory systems and material flow processes.
  • General knowledge of all SCM functions; General Plant systems knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform presentations in an effective manner.
  • Strong math skills and Analytical problem solving skills
  • General understanding of assembly functions and processes.
  • Budget forecasting and planning skills.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree and 5 years of related experience at a professional level preferred.
  • AutoCAD and Other Advanced Layout and Simulation Software a Plus
