Position: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer
Work Location: Penang

Responsibilities:

• Monitor risk assessments & controls in all areas of the business
• Implement EHS programs in the company
• Carry out accident investigation and analyse accidents for trends or patterns.
• Liaise with relevant safety and licensing authorities
• Maintain OSHA records and ensure compliance of OSHA requirement
• Promote EHS awareness among employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Science or Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably registered Safety and health officer with DOSH.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in MNC.
• Good knowledge in OSHA &Environmental Regulations, ISO14001 & OSHAS implementation.
• Working knowledge of industry/state/local specific environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Good interpersonal communication & presentation skills.
• Strong interest in EHS related activities
• High initiative, proactive and a team player.
• Able to take on challenges.
