Position: Analyst Allocations
Work Location: Mascot, NSW

Job Description:
  • Based at Mascot, parking available
  • Approx $61,000 plus super & benefits

Your new position as Allocations Analyst will see you responsible for the allocation of Flight Crew flying and non-flying duties in order to optimise availability and allocation to work. Located within Flight Crew Resourcing, Flight Operations, this role will be a part of Pattern Planning and Allocations team.

You will be responsible for:
  • Formulating a constructive plan for each bid period to support the relevant Group flying program, including, but not limited to planning of leave to determine resource availability;
  • Working in conjunction with other departments to ensure efficient construction of rosters (flying and non flying duties) for Flight Crew to support Group flying requirements;
  • Meeting of agreed customer service delivery levels;
  • Being the primary point of contact for all Flight Crew queries in relation to their rosters; and
  • Upholding compliance with all regulatory, statutory and industrial award obligations.

To be successful in this role you will display:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics or Aviation related field;
  • Ability to work in a team and be highly motivated and goal driven;
  • Focus and work calmly under pressure;
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needs;
  • Lateral thinking and strong analytical skills;
  • Proven problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Organisation and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels;
  • Working knowledge of the flying program, business and Crew requirements;
  • Knowledge of the Australian Industrial framework, Company Policy and CASA regulations desirable; and
  • Experience in ARMS, Lotus Notes, MS Office.
