Position: Site Material Specialist
Work Location: Johor

Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing purchasing metrics for electronic and electromechanical components and subassemblies
• Align and deploy Global contract pricings
• Validate and deploy latest customer pricings
• Validate and deploy latest supplier pricings
• Deploy ECN-related changes
• Align and deploy allocated share of business
• Align and deploy Global payment terms
• Work with suppliers over price and T&C disputes
• Work with suppliers over variances between invoices and purchase orders

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain Management
• 2 ~ 3 years of working experience with commodity management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player who is independent and self motivated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a must
• Working knowledge of Bann / Mapics is advantageous
