Position: Senior/Accountant
Work Location: Johor - Senai

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of P & L / operation profit and monitoring actual vs goal
• Sox compliance/process control
• Highlighting risks and opportunities
• Coordinating with GSSC team on month end closing activity. i.e. Journal Entries, Outlook Soft Variances and etc
• Fixed Assets Control
• Non Trade Related Purchase Control
• Monitoring of AR collection
• Coordinating with GSSC on weekly Supplier Payment
• Invoicing
• Provide support for the internal and external audits
• Staff Claim Control and verification
• Issue monthly Forecast report rolling 12 months based on management’s requirement
• Monthly key in FOL data into OLS system 
• Prepare some costing reports such as KOI, Contribution Margin Rate, DL/IDL cost Analysis, MOH Analysis, etc
• Inventory manage which includes local aging and hub aging if have, issue inventory reconciliation report and get variance closed timely
• Inventory risk
• Reduction-E&O/Non-nettable/FOI,SOI,WIP clear
• Work with material, program, PDE to Control BOM accuracy
• Weekly Tracker key in OLS against corporate deadline

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA), Business Studies/Administration/Management majoring in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 to4 year(s) working experience in the related field for Executive position & 5 years working experience for Asst Manager Position
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and preferably in a BaaN environment.
• Good analytical skills.
