Job Description:
- Perform Daily Cash Positioning to ensure accurate and timely funding allocation without unexpected overdraft, minimize idle cash in in-country and maximize return based on approved investment mechanism.
- Work closely with Region and Corporate Treasury team to manage Treasury Operations support requirements in the region.
- Manage entities' funding activities, including sweeping and pooling.
- Analyze and tract forecast vs actual of APJ's direct cash flow.
- Manage Money Market trades booking.
- Manage entities' inter-company funding include leading and lagging settlement.
- FX trade management and booking.
- Work to obtain accurate region's BG outstanding reports from banks for distribution to finance team on quarterly basis.
- Manage end-to-end Bank Account Opening / Modification / Closing process/Bank Account Signatories/System authorizers within policy requirements.
- Responsible for efficient regional cash / liquidity management and foreign exchange trade booking.
- Responsible for Treasury operational control and compliance to policy requirements.
- Responsible for Treasury systems management and implementation.
- Responsible to ensure full compliance to record retention requirements.
- Provide region support for Treasury Systems implementation and management.
- Generate regular reports on review of APJ Treasury Operations.
- Any other Treasury projects when assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Banking with 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of banking environment and foreign exchange control regulations.
- Good team player with ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter and strong leader with multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience in Corporate Treasury with MNCs will be advantageous.
