Position: Leasing Executive (KL)
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Munshi Abdullah

Responsibilities:

• To assist in the negotiations with prospective tenants/residents on leasing of properties under the group and follow through with all necessary documentation to conclude deals.
• Execute marketing and communications activities to improve tenant relationships and build up network with potential tenants.
• Sourcing of new tenants and attending to leasing enquiries.
• Preparation of letters of offer and Tenancy Agreements, collection of deposits, follow-up on signing of agreements, handling over of premises.
• Attending to tenants' request and feedback.
• Coordinate with appointed leasing agents.
• Coordinate with tenants on rental payments, renewal of leases and refund of deposits upon lease expiry.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience, preferably in property sales environment.
• Good command of both written and oral English
• Responsible, High Integrity, Dynamic and Resourceful
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
