Position: ITM SAP Change Management
Work Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Job Description:
The ITM SAP Change Management Analyst is responsible for being part of a newly developed program in which participants will be team members on this business transformation initiative named the PentaSAP program. Participants in the program will be aligned with process teams and provide support during the development, implementation and post go-live phases of the PentaSAP program. During the PentaSAP program, responsibilities will include supporting Finance and/or Purchasing, testing the unit, system and integration, supporting training, and system integration for all SAP modules. After the PentaSAP implementation, this position will migrate into a steady state of supporting the organization for SAP within ITM and will be responsible for various activities related to managing the PentaSAP solution (System Integration, Data Conversions, and Business process and transactional support analysis). As a participant in the program, employees will learn Chrysler's Finance and Purchasing processes and systems as well as have exposure to program leadership. This position is for high potential individuals seeking a long-term career with Chrysler. Some SAP knowledge is preferred, demonstrated skills in problem solving, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment will be necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • 0-2 years IT experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of application development lifecycle and business process methodologies and concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Knowledge of SAP applications technology and data architecture
  • SAP, Finance, Accounting coursework or program experience desirable
  • Facilitation and Process analysis skills preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently
