Position: Document Specialist

Description:
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career? If so, we currently have an opening for a Document Specialist, who will provide document organization, coordination, indexing, coding, data entry, retrieval support and storage of inactive matters for the Records Center. Other responsibilities include performing audits of records and databases to ensure firm/department standards and quality assurance.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and one plus years of experience in an office environment. Other requirements include the ability to type 35 WPM, excellent organization and communication skills and an attention to detail.
