Position: Analyst - Management Information, Finance Operations
Work Location: Selangor - Wisma Shell, Cyberjaya

Responsibilities:

1. Period end activities and Financial Analysis which includes verifying financial data, making appropriate adjustments, provide financial analysis to facilitate business decision support to the Supply and Distribution(S&D) business. This includes the preparation of correct, timely and meaningful management information, analysis and performance monitoring to contribute to the cost control of the S&D business.
2. Accounting Policy and Compliance which includes reconciliation of accounts, prepare Statement of Account Reconciliation(SOAR) and implement and adhere to relevant risk management guidelines, control and governance framework.
3. Contract and Procurement activities – ensuring Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators for reporting by the business are met and service level to business stakeholder are maintained.
4. Support add hoc request from the S&D Finance Manager, provide analytical reports for projects, fixed asset activities and support the preparation, compilation and operationalise of annual Target and Resourcing process.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in ACCA/CPA or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Wisma Shell, Cyberjaya.
• Applicants should have work authorization(s) for Malaysia
• Preferably specializing in Finance - Operations or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience (preferably in forecasting, budgeting or analysis).
