This established construction company has gown from strength to strength over 25 years in the market gaining a solid reputation in the commercial build market encompassing a wide variety of project types from healthcare, to industrial, to high rise and low rise residential.

With the project workload looking busy this builder is looking for a contract administrator for an apartment project in Melbourne’s east valuing in the region of $30 million.

To be successful in your application you will require:

• Tertiary qualified and or trades background in a building related field
• Project management experience on projects from $20-30 million
• A proven track record of delivering quality projects
• High Rise experience, especially apartments
