Objective:
  • To develop and support the PM VS business in a specific region through our indirect and potentially direct sales force.
  • To drive the sales and marketing process by providing specialized sales support and implementing end customers training programs.
  • Building up the needed service infrastructure for the regional market.
  • Additionally the presentation of the solutions and devices in the presales face together with the indirect channel partner or potentially direct account manager is a responsibility to help sell our solutions at the best possible price.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Executes the sales strategy to achieve the sales and profitability goals, under the lead of the VS Sales Director and the PCCI Cluster manager, with the support of the VS Marketing team in the SMC-I and close cooperation with the regional PH organization.
  • Identifies potential dealers in his region and supports the VS Sales Director with the selection, contract signature, establishment of the business criteria and other necessary steps for the recruitment. Assists the cooperation with the Cluster/Regional legal responsible for the contractual process (FDPAs, contract signature, etc…)
  • Defines and executes a sales and business development plan per dealer. Manages the VS dealers and distributors of his region to achieve the goals set in the business criteria
  • Ensures coordination of VS activities with PCCI Cluster/Regional management
  • Ensures alignment with the Premium Segment organization in order to maximize the Value Segment business without jeopardizing the overall PCCI business interests
  • Escalates and coordinates the involvement of higher management in big tender/deals
  • Manages the funnel and the win loss analysis of his region as well as provides forecast
  • Liaises with the Market Development Managers in the SMC-I for Sales and Marketing support: deal consultancy, pricing, upstream marketing, communication and capacity building (trainings)
  • Ensures feedback to the VS Market Development Managers in the SMC-I about market and competitive situations as identified by him in his daily field activities
  • Conducts at least one yearly VS sales event in his region for motivational aims, NPIs and other training purposes in coordination with the regional PCCI team.
  • Engages with Cluster/Regional Order Desk to resolve sales related issues with orders
  • Executes the implementation of the VS service strategy with the VS service team in his region
  • Ensure close alignment between VS sales and marketing strategies and the values segment service strategies
  • Ensure close alignment of the commercial dealer and service dealer management process
  • Ensure that Customer feedback and dealer feedback about service performance and requirements is shared with the VS CS organization
  • Attends exhibitions and relevant local meetings, organize and present lectures.
  • Ensures that technical, administrative and human factors affecting the quality of the company’s products and services are organized according to the quality policy and are under control.
