Position: Quality Assurance Executive
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Assist Quality Assurance Head to develop quality standards in alignment with Global Governance
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Provide independent auditing reports on vendors through the work of QC auditors
• Communicate with CS teams, Field Project Managers, and Field Coordinators on quality assurance standards
• Manage QC staff to achieve KPI performance goals
• Share Best Practices related to quality control within DA CR within the regionand with DA Global Governance
• Train and coach team to perform and deliver respective tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• 1-2 years working experience in similar or related function, i.e.,quality assurance
• Strong communication skills at all levels of management, matched with excellent presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
• Previous experience inlarge project management and collaboration across the organization.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work across shared responsibility organization to implement and share best practices
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
