Our current Regional Executive in this role is moving on to a new senior strategic role within NAB. This movement has created a rare and fantastic opportunity to join our successful retail leadership team. The incumbent will work closely with the state leadership team and key stakeholders to continue to drive growth and customer satisfaction for the Brisbane South market. In addition, the successful candidate must continue to build and grow the existing business through new ideas and innovative leadership.

As Regional Executive you will develop the capability and resources of people in your market and ensure the potential of your people is being achieved through success in service, sales and employee development from the store floor up.

Not only a leader of people, but at times you will need to a leader of change championing new levels of best practise for our retail distribution business. Contribute to the wider leadership team results through the roll out of concepts as we work together to change the way we do business. To achieve this you must be able to activate and leverage the talent within your team, lead business change, maximise resources and tools and champion the brand and products available to you.

Reporting to our State GM you will be the voice of our retail customers and accountable for the results generated by your team. This is an excellent opportunity for a retail leader with strong business acumen to add value, be challenged and grow through new experiences.
