Position: Global Process & Data Owner

Reporting to the Vice President Finance, the Global Process and Data Owner is responsible for governing 1SAP processes and data structures to ensure they are developed and maintained as standard and simple.

The core accountabilities are as follows:

• Ensures 1SAP processes and master data are developed and maintained as standard and simple.
• Supports the drive to ensure the Business case for 1SAP in Marketing is achieved through the application of the principles of Process Discipline and Functional Excellence.
• Sets the framework for Customer Sector Groups (CSGs) to manage 1SAP processes and data within their respective businesses, including the requirement for CSG Process Representatives, Business Process and Data Leads, and for monitoring and verifying compliance to the requirements of this framework.
• Owns and supports the ongoing evaluation of the design of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 (SOX) controls for 1SAP and the design and operation of the automated SOX controls across 1SAP and GSAP.
• Leads the master data organisation and sets the minimum performance requirements to establish quality master data.
• Reports performance across 1SAP processes and master data by utilising standardised Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to promote transparency of functional performance across the business.
• Assist the Vice President Finance with projects as required.

Qualification:
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology/ Computing and/or relevant business discipline is required.

Experience & Technical Competencies:

• Extensive SAP knowledge in PP, QM, and APO modules and in CTRM, SD & CT modules.
• Good experience in SAP master data processing industries.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role.
