Our subsidiary, Mitsui Phenols Singapore, manufacturer and sales of Phenol and Acetone and Bisphenol A and Mitsui Elastomers Singapore, the global hub for marketing and manufacturing centre for our trademark high-performance elastomers are looking for suitable candidates to fill the E&I Engineer position.

Position: Sales Coordinator
Work Location: Central - HarbourFront

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process quotations, orders and invoices
• Coordinate shipment arrangement, monitor and ensure timely delivery
• Check and ensure L/C is in good terms
• Summarize and analyse sales report
• Handle customers' queries and work with supervisor and other departments
• Provide support on administrative requirements eg hotel booking, transport arrangement

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Must be able to perform overtime
• Must be experience in foreign trade
