Position: Customer Service Officer
Work Location: West Singapore
Responsibilities:
You will be involved in providing concierge services within VivoCity, a retail development by Mapletree. Your responsibilities include attending to shoppers’ queries, assisting in customer loyalty programmes, mall redemption programmes and the sales of Mapletree shopping vouchers.
Requirements:
You should possess minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 2 years’ experience in a retail or hospitality industry. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You would be required to work on 2 rotating shifts and on weekends.
