Position: Pharmacist (Job Code: PT/0112/IWGK)
Work Location: Singapore

As a hospital pharmacist you will be involved in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients in hospitals. Apart from dispensing medicine and monitoring adverse drug events, you will participate in ward rounds and apply your knowledge in pharmacotherapy to manage patients. You will review patients’ drug histories and liaise with physicians, nurses and other members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and economical drug treatment. Patient management also involves monitoring every stage of medication therapy to improve all aspects of drug delivery in order to enhance the effectiveness of the drugs on the patients.

Requirements:
To qualify as Pharmacist, you would require a Degree in Pharmacy and be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Board. Some relevant experience is an advantage.
