Position: Project Manager (SAP HR)
Work Location: North - East

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the formulation and execution of system implementation and maintenance strategies
• Responsible for day-to-day management of delivery and support of SAP HR Information Management System
• Work with business users to understand business requirements, review and critique vendors’ proposals, design and solutioning
• Provide system advice and functionality design recommendations to management and business users
• Lead a small team to provide post implementation support to users - problem resolution, trouble shooting, customizations and enhancements
• Supervise, coach and mentor staff to enhance their performance and develop team capabilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7-10 years of relevant hands on experiences in the implementation and support of SAP System. Candidates who have project managed the implementation of at least one project on SAP ECC6.0 or managed SAP ECC6.0 support of at least 3 years will be preferred
• Hands on experience in ABAP and SAP Portal will be advantageous
• At least 5 years of project management experience of large-scale projects
• CITPM/PMP and SAP Certification will be advantageous
• Good experience in system development methodologies
• Ability to work closely with Process Owners and key stakeholders for communication and buy-in
