Position: Business Development Manager
Work Location: Anchorage, AK

We have the infrastructure, equipment, and personnel to deliver services for reservoir characterization, formation evaluation, drilling, and completions and production. We offer a full range of drilling, completion fluids, and oilfield chemicals to round out our services. Role Synopsis:
Develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for introduction of business into new geographic area and/or introduction of new business into already established area.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Facilitates the formation of alliances or joint ventures.
  • Assures strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the organization.
  • Prioritizes product opportunities to maximize sales and profits.
  • Monitors and evaluates programs and expenditures.
  • Supervises personnel.
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal customers related to products/applications and services.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years experience in a related field
  • Field operational experience
  • Open hole wireline completions expertise
  • Cased hole wireline expertise is a plus

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Thorough understanding of products/applications and service of primary focus.
  • Good knowledge of products/applications and service of secondary focus.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
