Position: Manager, Finance & PMO
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial management planning - assist in preparing the business cases and in documenting them
• Define program financial processes - identify requirements, identify responsibilities, and develop the financial reporting package
• Establish and manage the department account structure including program management expense or chart accounts
• Lead and be accountable for the Project Management Office (PMO) to shape and support the Operations Excellence and Business Process Management program
• Monitor progress to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized
• Monitor and manage sub-teams morale and productivity

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualified in accounting / finance
• 7+ years Project / Programme management office and governance experience
• Accounting & Finance background
• 5+ years Banking experience (not mandatory)
• Wide exposure in Shared Services industry will be advantageous
• Excellent leadership and project management skills in fostering interpersonal relationship liaison skills, particularly with business users
• Broad knowledge of banking related products and services
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
