Position: Manager, Finance & PMO
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial management planning - assist in preparing the business cases and in documenting them
- Define program financial processes - identify requirements, identify responsibilities, and develop the financial reporting package
- Establish and manage the department account structure including program management expense or chart accounts
- Lead and be accountable for the Project Management Office (PMO) to shape and support the Operations Excellence and Business Process Management program
- Monitor progress to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized
- Monitor and manage sub-teams morale and productivity
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualified in accounting / finance
- 7+ years Project / Programme management office and governance experience
- Accounting & Finance background
- 5+ years Banking experience (not mandatory)
- Wide exposure in Shared Services industry will be advantageous
- Excellent leadership and project management skills in fostering interpersonal relationship liaison skills, particularly with business users
- Broad knowledge of banking related products and services
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
