Job Description:
This is a responsible position and the executive will assist a Senior Clinician Investigator (SCI) and clinical trial Protocol Chair in the management of an established multi-center oncology trials network. The position will require liaisons and interaction with clinician investigators in more than 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific and beyond.

The executive will be responsible for maintaining the network registry, website and social media site and for organizing the General Meetings of the trials group as well as ad hoc meetings. She will be responsible for the general administration of the network, will publish a periodic newsletter for the network and will work closely with corporate communications.

This individual will work closely with academic clinical trials organizations (CRO) and pharmaceutical and biotech industry partners and will be involved in site feasibility studies. Some travel will occasionally be required. This job is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interaction across multi-ethnic groups and multi-national boundaries and who has an interest in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. An honors degree will be an advantage
• Prior work experience in biomedical research or clinical trial and in managing projects will be an advantage
• Excellent people and communication skills is crucial
• Good command of written and spoken English is important. A working knowledge of at least one other language is an advantage
• Good IT skills including a good knowledge of social media networks is an advantage
