Position: Medical Scientific Liaison
Work Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

Communicate complex cutting edge technical information, and other product updates to health care decision makers as aligned with Pfizer corporate goals and objectives.
Collaborate with BU (Business Unit) or other colleagues to actively support medical and scientific meetings by collecting and interpreting insights / presentations / results.
Moderate medical communication meeting when requested.
Meet customer needs and expectations with regard to assigned therapeutic area(s) for delivery of product-related messages to key influencers (e.g. KOLs) and off-label products uses when requested by them.
Discuss research concept with interested researcher, and communicate the nature and requirement of Pfizer’s IIR.
Facilitate submission of investigator initiated pre-clinical and clinical proposals, and act as a liaison between Pfizer and IIR researcher.
Facilitate research proposal screening and study placement, and follow up activities.
Support Pfizer sponsored non-interventional study if applicable.
Handle all pure substance request
Assist in the request of pure substance according to Pfizer SOP.
Collect, analyze and report local customer medical insights to assist business decision making.
Report local competitive intelligence in clinical research and medical positioning and share internally and externally as post-meeting deliverables.
Present at cycle meeting organized BU if needed.

Requirements:

Medical Degree, Bachelor Degree in Sciences or Medical Sciences (e.g. Pharmacy)
Experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in clinical research or medical affairs is an advantage.
Good medical and scientific knowledge for the defined therapeutic area(s).
Proficiency in English and good computer usage.
