We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage the Pickup and Delivery Drivers to provide a cost effective and efficient operation at our Perth Depot.

Effectively managing your assigned geographical territory, you will be responsible for supervising the operations to ensure the timely consolidation of all outbound consignments whilst maintaining optimal levels of productivity. With a focus on exceeding customer expectations you will work closely with your team by leading, training and mentoring to achieve operational excellence.

The role will provide you with opportunities to demonstrate your knowledge within an Industrial environment and operations as well as your highly-regarded people management and leadership skills, which are essential in applying for the role. Excellent communication skills combined with formal supervisory training or qualification is highly desirable.
