Position: Network Engineer (Enterprise Application and Software Service Engineer)
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, handle problem analysis and provide other required service to Huawei agents and other valued service partner in the region.
• Recognize problems need to be escalated to HQ and keep track of the whole process flow
• Provide support and guidance to Huawei Enterprise service engineers which relate to technical enquiry, issue analysis, technical solution and document
• Assist and audit network design and solution for Huawei Enterprise service engineers in the region.
• Involve in the design and implementation of signification project
• Responsible to conduct on site or centralized training for Huawei service partner in the region.
• Provide support to Huawei Enterprise’s sales team which includes solution demonstration, configuration guide, presale testing, and service presentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within telecom industry or SI (System Integration) environment.
• Have working experience on Servers and prefer having technique certification or training from ORACLE,IBM, INFORMIX, and RED HAT.
• Have good knowledge and experience on Server, and be familiar with Linux/Solaris/Unix OS and operation.
• Good practice and experience on Storage, can understand RAID technique and EMC/VERITAS software well.
• Have IP network knowledge. CCNA/HCDA, CCNP/HCDP qualification or equivalent and above is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Can travel in South Pacific region for technique support alone.
