Position: Executive, Rail Management Support (Position 1)
Work Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review and report on the performance of trains and other rail operation-related equipment on the causes of failure / breakdown and spares consumption rates so as to improve on their performance and reduce downtime
• Coordinate, develop and monitor schedule for Engineering Division, including A&A works in various SBST’s stations.
• Consolidation and submission of budgets tripsheets for Engineering Division
• Support in the Rail Business Area Budget and Forecast activites

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Engineering
• Preferably with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project programming management
• Preferably with experience in budgeting
• Ability to interpret AutoCad drawings is advantageous
• Fresh graduates may be considered
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Free from colour vision deficiency
