Position: Warehouse Executive
Work Location: Penang

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Front End raw precious metals and precious metal waste
• Maintain 100 % accuracy for precious metals and others FE materials
• Oversee the operational team in supporting Front End production
• Resolve logistic issues pertaining to Front End
• Organize meeting and discussions to support set up and continuous improvement
• Involving in new logistic setup
• Develop, align and standardization in logistic process
• Initiate write off for chips and FE materials and system update
• Publication of On Hold Reports for Chips
• Develop new work instruction when necessary and update current to reflect actual practice
• Monitoring of skeleton wafer movement and publication of report on weekly basis

Requirements:

• Degree in Management / Science or equivalent with related working experience would be an added advantage.
• Possess SAP and Microsoft Office application skills. Computer literacy is a must.
• Strong people management skills and analytical capabilities.
• Capable to work in high stress environment, able to prioritize and plan well to meet targets.
• Applicant should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
