Responsibilities:

• Having an understanding of SME Product
• Proactive in finding a prospective customer for the achievement of targets
• Prepare call reports and loan proposal, including financial analysis of prospective borrowers as well as supporting documents to process loans
• Responsible for loan growth

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Min. 2 years work experience in banking
• Having good knowledge in the credit process and negotiation skills
• Having networking and good relationship.
• Having good motivation and good communication skills.
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Having an attractive personality, honesty and integrity is good.
• Able to work independently and in groups and be able to work under pressure
