Proactively build business by actively acquiring new to bank customers, retaining and increasing customer product holdings to contribute to the branch profitability.

Principal accountabilities include:

• Contribution to the branch and PFS business profitability by consistently achieving individual and branch sales targets
• Identification and matching customers’ financial needs according to their different life stages and providing solutions using our Bank’s product range
• Building rapport and establishing customer needs through completion of Individual Review

Required experience includes:

• Motivated and competent individuals
• A recognised tertiary Diploma/Degree qualification
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with sound persuasive ability
• A team player with an energetic and flexible working style
• Highly sales target driven, aggressive and results oriented
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Qualifications:
Fresh Degree holder with keen interest in Sales or minimum SPM with banking sales related experience.
