Position: IT Analyst, Service Support
Work Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, configure, provision and deploy personal computers
• Perform asset (hardware and software) management, inventory and equipment retirement
• Handle users’ requests for install/move/add/change of PC hardware and software
• Handle incidents reported by end-users
• May be rotated to man the Service Desk
• Stand-by on weekly on a rotational basis

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE graduates in Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• PC troubleshooting skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Microsoft Certifications (MCTS, Window Client)
