As a Synergy Consultant in our Professional Service Organization, you will ensure delivery of Exact Synergy solutions across a variety of industries. The Consultant will work across all aspects of a project lifecycle from presales to final delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma or professional degree in computer science/information technology
• Strong analytical skills that are needed to evaluate situations both from a high level perspective as well as in detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Malaysian citizenship or relevant residence status
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in a Technical or Business Field. PMP a plus

Experience:

• 4 years or more of experience in development and delivery of Business solutions (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• 2 years of related ERP experience a plus
• Working experience with Windows Server operating systems and client-server environments
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization from entry level to 'C' level
• Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects, based on client-provided technical and functional requirements
• Knowledge of Web Development (SOAP, Web Services, ASP, .NET) a plus
• SQL Reporting Services is a plus
• Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Finance, Professional Services industries are highly desirable.
• Must be willing to travel 50%
