• Male / Female
• Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) / Master degree (S2)
• At least 3 years work experience in banking (especially in the marketing of credit)
• Having good knowledge in the credit process and negotiation skills
• Having networking and good relationship.
• Having motivation and good communication skills.
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Having an attractive personality, honesty and integrity is good.
• Able to work independently and in groups and be able to work under pressure
