Position: Engineering Manager
Work Location: Gallipolis, OH

Our client, a leader in the production and distribution of metal powder precision components, is seeking an Engineering Manager for their facility, located in eastern Ohio.

Position Overview:
This position will report to the Plant Manager. Primary responsibility will focus on managing all design, development, and manufacturing engineering for the facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and forecast plant equipment capacity.
• Ensue a all HSE related issues are in place from design through launch.
• Manage all capital equipment programs. This includes project justification, timing, and cost.
• Drive cost reductions.
• Provide continuous improvement leadership.
• Provide information and support to meet corporate requests.
• Provide business review of programs, including annual budgets.
• Manage all engineering functions, including supervision and employee development.
• Lead plant technology team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5 plus years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with CAD, Unigraphics, Mechanical Desktop or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Lean tools.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
