Position: Marketing Services Senior Analyst
Work Location: Jakarta

Job Description:
The Marketing Services Senior Analyst will provide support for delivery of Accenture marketing programs with little supervision, for a range of internal clients, including operating groups, capability groups, Global Image and Local Image. He/she will establish near-term goals for programs and campaigns, and identify, assess and resolve complex business problems where collaboration and cooperation between many individuals is often needed to affect a solution. He/she is expected to work effectively with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and/or provide the delivery skills for marketing and communications programs for various Accenture organizational entities. Skills provided include end-to-end events & sponsorships management, database management, collateral/ credentials development, direct marketing, writing, web content management, advertising, internal communications, and merchandise programs.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall program design, as directed by the program owner.
  • Advise on program tailoring to meet a specific geographic or cultural context.
  • Monitor own personal progress against program delivery budget.
  • Measure results from programs, and provide metrics to program owners as appropriate.
  • Follow all marketing services processes, particularly with regards to time-reporting.
  • Ensure manager is kept appraised of progress against program budgets and time-lines, and escalate to him or her any potential budget and time over-runs (or under-runs).
  • Assist in the management of external suppliers to complete programs as directed by Program Owner.
  • Continue to develop marketing communications skills.

Relationships:
  • Reports to: Marketing Manager
  • External Relationships: Third party vendors, suppliers, agencies

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or marketing communications roles

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Thorough understanding and skills in marketing and communications.
  • Thorough understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills.
  • Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace.
  • Subject matter expert for area of specialization inside Accenture.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Budget management and financial reporting skills for project(s).
  • Passion for well-executed deliverables in support of Accenture business strategy.
  • Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues.
  • Able to influence executives within Marketing & Communications through relationship building and executive-level presence.
  • Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.
