
Accenture Requires Marketing Analyst for Singapore

Position: Marketing Analyst (Communication & High Tech, APAC)
Work Location: Singapore
Job Summary:
This position focuses on providing client-centric marketing support for Accenture's Communications & High Tech (CHT) operating group in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The individual will report to the CHT APAC marketing director and be responsible for the development of the CHT APAC client-centric marketing (CCM) industrialization program as well as the tactical execution of the defined program activities across designated accounts. The objective of the program is to centralizing marketing activities under one responsible individual and increase the number of accounts served across APAC.
A variety of tasks will need to be performed in a consistent manner with great attention to detail. This person must be a self-starter, team player and able to operate in a highly collaborative environment.
The role involves three main components:
- Work with OU Marketing lead to develop a plan and approach to industrialize CCM activities which can be carried out regardless of location. The plan should cover any industrializable activities, including internal communication, client contact database maintenance, client relationship building, and CHT industry campaign execution.
- Delivering the industrialized services to the designated accounts across APAC.
- Working with the Marketing Shared Services (MSS) team in India to develop tools that will help facilitate the industrialization of the program activities.
Performance will be measured on improvement in efficiencies, streamlining processes, and number of accounts served effectively.
To accommodate working across different time zones, this position requires schedule flexibility with occasional extended hours. The position does not require overseas travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support to designated CCM accounts across APAC. Industrialized activities will include:
- Developing client microsites
- Developing account team sharepoint sites
- Coordinating invitations and participation in Accenture sponsored and organized events and conferences
- Coordinating all aspects of nomination and participation in Accenture CXO Circles and Key Advisory Networks (KEN)
- Coordinating client-specific research with the Accenture ISS team and Accenture Research
- Managing the client contact list and all database activities
- Coordinating Direct mail programs
- Developing relationship brochures, value reports and team books
- Manage case studies/credentials pipeline
- Coordinating rollout of industry and GP campaigns
- Coordinating tickets to cultural and entertainment events
- Coordinating involvement in special interest groups
- Tracking of metrics including touchpoints and ROI
- Develop "self serve" tools designed for easy use by account teams, to obtain information about marketing programs. (Support provided by MSS team in India).
- Education: Four year university degree: Bachelor of Commerce, preferably in marketing and/or management.
- Language: Good spoken and written English essential
- Applications: Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Strong English oral and written communications skills
