The Finance & Performance Management team works with clients to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer, principally in developing finance organisation strategy, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities. Our analysis, insight and recommendations enable our clients to achieve long-term transformation and growth.

Responsibilities:
To lead, develop and grow our Finance Operations practice in Perth and Brisbane in particular. This position is vital to the successful delivery of our current Canberra projects but also plays a key role in developing new business opportunities across public sector clients around Australia. Travel is mandatory as required.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years experience within a top tier consulting firm providing efficient back office services for Finance clients
• Track record improving financial management processes and implementation of transformational approaches to improve finance organisation efficiency (e.g. Shared Services, F&A Outsourcing, Order To Cash, Record to Report, FA Accounting, Procure to Pay, Working Capital Optimization, and Product Costing)
• Proven history of working successfully with C-level leadership in Australia
• A minimum of 5 years developing and delivering Finance related solutions across the Public Sector in Australia
• Ability to manage and solve complex business problems
• An undergraduate degree is a necessity, an MBA is preferred
• Australian citizenship

• Knowledge of the Perth/ Brisbane Market.
