Position: Indoor Sales Executives
Work Location: Selangor - Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Regularly contact existing and prospective customers by making outbound telephone calls to generate revenue and grow trading base.
• Partner with Field Sales Executives to win and develop ad-hoc, small, medium and large customers within a specified geographical territory.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction through regular telephone contact.
• Perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service and maximize the face-to-face selling time of the Field Sales Executive.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Telesales/telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, telephone selling and listening skills.
• Results-driven, persistent, positive, assertive and highly motivated.
• Fresh diploma/degree holders with the required attribute are highly encouraged to apply (Training is provided).
