Due to our rapid growth at present, we are currently taking applicants for below position:

Job Type: Auto Electrician Supervisor
Work Location: Balikpapan (East Borneo)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site auto electrical activities to ensure repairs/maintenance activities activities are conducted in a save and timely manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimizes availability.
• Supervise adn control compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily /to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability.
• Supervise and monitor /communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in aclear and defined manners
• Review, prepare and submit relevant reporting task required in timely manner.example; review and ensure backlog parts are ordered, vendor time sheets and jobs cards are accurate.
• Supervise , communicate and monitor safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations. Lead by example in this area and show high standartsif commitment to safety and surrounding environment.
• Review and analyze failures to plant by monitoring of trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediately if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occuring
• Supervise and ensure work order information is proceed in accordance with EAM priont outs and tasks listed
• Assist superintendent with issuing disciplinary actio and verbal counseling with all direct subordinates
• Assist maintenance superintendent with the development of a work schedule including oarts materials and manpower to be incorporated in the sort term execution plan
• Supervise area of responsibility with ongoing staff development, providing ongoing coaching , mentoring and performance monitoring for all direct reports (ensure good work environment and morale)
• Examine and investigate all time variances from targets projected on work orders, avoiding losses, in both cost and time consumed
• Monitor PM services schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules
• Pro-actively identify defects found and register them via work request in order to have appropriate and prompt action
• Diagnose failure symptoms and determine electrical maintenance requirements necessary to effectively and efficiently rectify them
• Monitor and control electrical eactivities regarding special tooling requirementa, apare parts and consumable goods
• Supervise/monitoring regular electrical inspections of systems, examples, fatigue alarms, fire suppression system, brake and retarder warning systems, etc.
• Supervise the maintenance & inspection of auto electrical tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
• Understanding of mining requirements and production targets
• Understanding of equipment availability and planning repairs
• Min. Diploma degree with 10 years experiences in heavy equipment electrical maintenance
• Good analytical and supervisory skills
• Good communication in English
• Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment electrician diagnostics and repair
• Previous experiences in filed of work, with a min 3 years in supervisory role
• Qualifications and supporting certificates in field of trade/required duties
