Position: Managed Services（Outsourcing）Senior Transition Expert / Manager
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Lead the managed services / outsourcing project planning, implementation and transition, lead to successful delivery;
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Manage project resource allocation and budget
• Assemble and coordinate project staff, maintain relationships with Huawei and Client project team, including sub-contractors;
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Quality assurance
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Responsible for the project closure, FAC signature and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Telecommunication / Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and understanding of Outsourcing/Managed Services project management and transition
• Rich experiences in IT project management, familiar with the ITO/BPO methodology, process, tools and standard
• Proven ability to deliver complex & demanding projects(Project scale > 1 million USD or team head > 50 staffs)
• Strong team leadership & good people management skill, excellent problem solving skill, interpersonal skill, presentation skill & good customer orientation
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Familiar with eTom or ITIL as a plus
• Proven project management experience in huge IT company such as IBM, HP, Ericsson, Oracle and so on as a plus
• Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
