Position: Executive, Club
Work Location: Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Plan yearly marketing campaign for club membership drive, yearly event program for clubhouse members.
• Handle all clubhouse related matters including general enquireis, membership application, credit control, scheduled billing, facility booking and correspondence on a timely manner.
• Source for partnering of clubhouse members cards with other retail operators.
• Attend to all phone call, walk in customers and e-mail enquiries within the standard set.
• Ensure front office counters are equipped with basic tools and clubhouse marketing collaterals at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in similar field.
• Experience in organizing functions and events.
• Willing to work on shift basis.
