Kraft Foods Require HR Executive for Selangor - Shah Alam

Position: HR Executive
Work Location: Selangor - Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, learning and people development, compensation and benefits, etc.
Prepare on-boarding for new hires and basic orientation programmes
Generate advertisements and liase with recruiters on the selection of best candidates
Provide support in training and development and manage training records
Participate in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

University Degree in Human Resources / Economics / Social Sciences or any related discipline
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in an MNC environment
Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
Good communication skill with people from different background
Fluency in written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate. Knowledge in SAP HR module will be an added advantage
