Ideally you will have a proven implementation track record as a team lead on full lifecycle projects with outstanding client / project references and be able to hit the ground running as a confident and professional communicator who prides themselves on successful Maximo implementations through strong team delivery.

Candidates must exhibit the following key skills:

• Strong Asset Management expertise is essential combined with a deep knowledge of the Maximo portfolio (5+ years). Specific industry domain expertise is also desirable
• Strong skills in analysis and design with the ability to gather user requirements produce high quality documentations and build solutions that are in line with the Maximo architecture
• Sound understanding of package implementation methodologies
• Ability to analyses and undertake risk assessment and mitigation treatments of complex changes
• Team leadership and/or project management experience
• Experience in coaching junior consultants desirable
• Willingness to travel according to project location
