The Geospatial Data Manager will work to format and manage mission related geospatial data sets with the end goal of getting the data in the best shape for analysis. The resource will be able to understand and utilize multiple geospatial data analysis tools. The resource will also be able to also make recommendations to the client on improving processes around the data preparation and analysis. The resource will surface, document and resolve issues on a timely basis. The individual will provide hands-on leadership, direction and mentoring of junior team members, and manage customer relationships.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 months experience in business process development, technology package implementation, and change management experience
• At least 6 months experience in business Case Development which involves process improvements, proven project savings of both man hours and expenses, by implementing or redesigning project schedules
• At least 4 years experience in GEOSPATIAL Data Analysis
• At least 2 years experience in using geospatial tools such as Arc GIS
• At least 1 year experience in proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
• Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI) Full Scope or Lifestyle Polygraph - Active
• U.S. citizenship required
• English: Fluent

Preferred:

• Master's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in business process development, technology package implementation, and change management experience
