Position: Device Engineer
Work Location: Bayan Lepas

Responsibilities:

• Develop test program and algorithm to perform test structures characterization and silicon validation
• Design and layout test structures to verify process capability and model accuracy
• Manage testchip wafer, test bench equipment and auto prober maintenance
• Support new spice model development and adoption to new technology DRM/DRC
• Support advanced interconnect model verification and layout parasitic extraction

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Microelectronic, Physics or Electronic Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry
• Familiar with CMOS processes and device characterization.
• Familiar with DC/AC/RF device characterization equipment.
• Knowledge of VLSI circuit design, simulation and layout, design rules and testing methodology
• Strong analytical, coordination skill, ability to work independently and drive for result
