Requirements:

• Have deep knowledge of Training & Development, Psychological Tools for Recruitment, and HRIS.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Training and Development, Interpersonal Skill, Psychological tools.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience with proven track in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Have deep knowledge in Human Resources Training & Development, strategic management and SOP of Human Resources Department.
