Working as part of our Springwood Member Support Team, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks including, but not limited to; processing of member transactions, cross selling products and services, assisting with general enquiries, handling loan and insurance enquiries through to the completed sale status, plus various other member administration duties.

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following selection criteria:
  • 2 -3 years experience in a Credit Union or Retail Banking frontline role
  • Already hold a Certificate 3 qualification in Financial Services or be prepared to study towards gaining one.
  • FSRA tier 2 accreditation
  • Commitment to learning and ongoing development
  • Strong Sales focus with the ability to cross sell and achieve targets
  • Sound understanding of Insurance and Loans processes
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Be easily adaptable to different work situations and member demographics
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work in a changing environment
  • The ability work as part of a team and lead a team when presented with the opportunity
