Position: Assistant Unit Manager
Work Location: Across Singapore

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in F&B Industries such as hotels, healthcare, schools, retail, fast-food chain or large catering company with at least 2 years managerial experience. Multi-site management will be advantageous and tertiary qualification preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate success in Food and Beverage management, managing food cost & control, menu planning & presentation, budget preparation & production planning.
• Strong leadership, initiative and ability to lead / motivate a diverse team plus excellent communication both written and spoken are essential.
• Self-starter with high levels of initiative and drive.
